I am the founder of Hypno Heather, and I've come a long way since my certification as a hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. My journey as a regression hypnotherapist began with my mentor Wally Muller of Advanced Hypnosis Calgary, Canada, who introduced me to the affect bridge approach of following the feeling back to the ISE or initial sensitizing event. I practiced this technique for years and saw how it successfully resolved even the most stubborn of issues.
In 2017, I brought Ines Simpson and her Simpson Protocol training to Regina, Saskatchewan, to train the graduates from my hypnosis certification. I learned Simpson Protocol and practiced that for years, incorporating the regression technique into my work
I invited Ines back to provide advanced Simpson Protocol training to my students. During this training, I gained a deeper understanding of allowing the superconscious mind to guide the session. This technique opened up a whole new level of healing and transformation for my clients, allowing them to achieve even greater results.
With additional learning and training, I gained a comprehensive understanding of quantum healing, past life regression, spiritual counsel, lives between lives, death & rebirth, the inner wisdom healer, and the 3 principles of thought, mind, and consciousness. This knowledge and experience allowed me to tap perfectly into my clients' innate wisdom, resulting in a higher level of results, changes, and transformations. Clients were experiencing significant improvements, and my reputation as a skilled and effective regression hypnotherapist continued to grow.
Drawing on my vast knowledge and experience, I have developed my own unique process for age regression by combining all the techniques I have learned and practiced throughout my career. My process is designed to facilitate the most efficient and effective regression possible and includes three scripts that clients can use to guide the session from start to finish. My approach to regression hypnotherapy has helped numerous clients resolve deep-seated issues, and my reputation as a skilled and effective practitioner has made me highly sought-after in the field.

I am the owner and operator of Luna Point Hypnosis & Astrology LLC. As an NGH Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Past Life & Between Lives Soul Regression Therapist, Past Life Regression Trainer, Evolutionary Astrologer, Life Coach, and Breathwork Facilitator, I utilize my educational background in Behavioral Science and Psychology to aid my clients in accessing their own Inner Wisdom Healer and Teacher.
Within my strong resolve towards human compassion and connection to purpose, I believe that we all have access to a deeper well of wisdom and wholeness within us. Through my passion and proficiency in psycho-spiritual wisdom, I enjoy being a facilitator to my client’s growth, healing, and transformation.
I use a variety of techniques to help my clients, including altered states healing avenues within the subconscious and superconscious mind, empowered coaching techniques and communications, breathwork practices and somatic healing, and teaching of individual and collective archetypal wisdom held within the Psyche.
